In the month of January 2020, I was at war. & I chose to claim victory.
What does it mean to be kind? Is it just doing nice things for others; asking them about their day and actually listening to the response, buying them a cup of coffee, encouraging them when they need it? Or is it something deeper? Something that doesn’t feel natural but rather a skill that is developed?
Our first day out on the open road. After a tearful goodbye, welcomed all distractions. They came in the form of the Museum of Aviation in Georgia and Downtown Chattanooga in Tennessee.
This past weekend I made a huge financial mistake. A mistake I thought would take me years to pay off. A mistake that the enemy used to attack me relentlessly. A mistake that broke me and had me yelling at God and wondering where I went wrong.
With a new job, new goals, and everything changing How can we find rest? How can we be refreshed? In 2019 God taught me to breathe through it all.
