Hey friends. Just wanted to share some tips with you that I’ve learn through my food journey. Because I want feel good about myself inside and out and I want you to as well.

  • Keep a food dairy
    • Keep track of what you’re eating and how you feel after you eat it.
      • Were you energized or were you bloated? 
      • Switch out or keep whatever it was in your meal plans.
  • Switch out one bad meal for a good one or just throw some veggies or friuts in there.
    •  I use to eat a bag of mini cookies a day than I switch to grapes and haven’t regretted a thing.
  • Drink water
    • It’s the best way to start transiting your diet
    • You can even start with just drinking one bottle of water a day
    • Or you can do a hydration challenge:
      • Drink half of your body weight in ounces. If you weight 100 pounds drink 50 oz of water a day.
  • Make your own meal
    • Rather than reading the list of ingredient on a label just make it yourself at least that way you know what you’re putting in your body.
  • Do at least one exercise routine a day
    • It doesn’t have to be long and you don’t have to sweat buckets. Just get moving in any way you can, walking, biking, body weight exercises.
    • I like to exercise at home (because I ain’t got that gym money)
    • I use apps like the 7minute Work Out, Nike Train Club or even Youtube all of which are free.
  • Don’t be afraid to start over
    • It’s not a bad day just a lesson learned and you don’t even need to wait until tomorrow. Now is always a good time.
