Eternal Foundations

This cotton yarn is so soft!

Yesterday, I started taking a class at my church called Eternal Foundations by Bob Yandian. This is something that’s been on my heart for a while. “Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock.” Matthew‬ ‭7:24-25‬ ‭NIV. I wanted to have a strong foundation in Christ, so I ask him to teach me so that I may understand more about Him. So that when the enemy attacks or trouble comes my way, I’ll be able to stand firm with my feet planted on a solid foundation.

Is there anything you’ve been wanting to do to strengthen your faith? Song of the week: No Longer Slaves by Jonathan and Melissa Helser.

Finally decide on knitting this next project. Am I the only one who labels yarn after they’ve been caked? It’s the only way I’ll know what they are.
